| TUESDAY LUNCHTIME CONCERTS | Christ’s Hospital Court Room Every Tuesday lunchtime during term-time, pupils at Christ’s Hospital have the opportunity to present a short music recital in the intimate setting of the School’s wonderful Court Room. Do come along and enjoy hearing the students’ musical talents! Admission is free and a light lunch is available from 1.00 p.m. |

| OF MICE & MENby John Steinbeck | Say Two Productions present John Steinbeck’s classic tale of two friends who discover the underside of the American Dream. Set against the backdrop of America’s Great Depression, George and Lennie are determined to buy a small farm of their own after years of making a living as itinerant farm workers. | THE PHANTOM TOLLBOOTH by Norton Juster | Adapted by Susan Nanus,Directed by David Saunders Original music by Adrian Bawtree After last year’s hit ‘Wind in the Willows,’ the same creative team present Norton Justers classic ‘The Phantom Tollbooth.’ Milo finds everything boring in life…until he discovers a toy car that takes him on an incredible journey to the lands of Digitopolis and Dictionopolis. During his adventure he meets with the Whether Man, passes through The Doldrums, and picks up a Watchdog named Tock, Milo and Tock set off toward the Mountains of Ignorance to rescue the twin Princesses, Rhyme and Reason. Anyone with an appreciation for language, irony, or Alice in Wonderland-style adventure will adore this play. |

| ALBERT NYATHI & IMBONGI featuring Maqhinga Radebe (Ladysmith Black Mambazo) | Explosive, dynamic and visually stunning, Imbongi are a high-energy must-see fusion of words, song, music and dance. On-stage they are a vibrant blend of Traditional, Blues, Jazz, and Contemporary African Music. This Zimbabwean band consists of 8 multi-talented singers, musicians and dancers combined with the poignant poetry of Nyathi to provide highly charged performance of African music at its finest. | BLUE REMEMBERED HILLS by Dennis Potter directed by Jeffrey Mayhew | Christ’s Hospital Community presents Dennis Potter’s classic tale, set in the Summer of 1943.
The end of the war is two years off – but for these seven-year-olds it may as well be a lifetime away... The hills and woodlands of the west country are the children’s playground. Childhood loyalty and friendships are explored with all the laughter and cruelty of which children are capable until a tragic event brings their idyll crashing to the earth. |

| SYMPHONIC CONCERT | Dvořák Symphony No.8, Finzi Dies Natalis for Tenor Solo, Mozart Violin Concerto in G, 3rd Movt. ...and much more. A showcase of top musical talent from CH Music School. Concerto movements and arias played and sung by some extremely talented Grecians accompanied by the CH Ripieno Orchestra; and the Symphony Orchestra. The Box Office opens 30 minutes before performances at all venues except for ‘admission free’ performances.

The Box Office is open during term-time only and is managed by part-time staff. A voicemail system is in operation when the office is busy or closed and throughout the school holidays. During term-time all tickets must be paid for within 5 days fo booking or 30 minutes before the performance (whichever is earlier). Bookings made by telephone may be paid for by Visa/mastercard if you leave your name, address, card name, number and expiry date.
The Box Office is unable to refund money or exchange tickets. Tickets will be accepted for resale but this cannot be guaranteed.
