Ordering and Payment
We accept most major credit and debit cards, via the secure facilities provided by Paypal or GoogleCheckout. Please follow the simple instructions provided at each stage of your transaction. After you have completed your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
Security
Secure payment facilities are provided by RomanCart, using the latest encryption technology. The Christ’s Hospital Association does not store your credit or debit card details, and we do not share personal information (such as your address) with other companies.
Cancellation
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund for any items you have ordered, please inform us within 7 days of receiving your order. Goods should be returned at your expense and should be securely packaged to prevent damage. Faulty Goods Please advise us of any faulty goods within 7 days of receipt. We will refund the cost of the item, delivery charge (if applicable) and the cost of return postage, or offer a replacement at no cost.
Delivery
We normally aim to despatch your order within 3 working days of receipt. If for any reason we are unable to supply your order within 28 days we will inform you accordingly. Deliveries to UK addresses are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class. Deliveries to overseas addresses are sent via Air Mail. If you wish to have your purchases sent by special delivery or courier please contact us before placing your order.
Pricing
All prices on our website are in Pounds Sterling, and are inclusive of U.K. Value Added Tax where applicable (currently 17.5 %), postage and packing. Shipping charges are calculated according to delivery address (i.e.UK, Europe, Rest of World).
